Who is Anna Pitcock?

I went to school at Colorado School of Mines and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. Go Orediggers!

Throughout my time at Mines, I was able to explore three major areas of interest: computer science, math, and enconoics. I obtained a bachelors degree, minor, area of special interest, and a certificate while there. Honor Roll: Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021, Spring 2022, Spring 2023

I was apart of the varsity softball team during my time there playing first baseman. I received varisty letters all 4 years, and received defensice player of the year in 2016! In 2017, I was captain, academic all state first team, and defensive MVP for softball. I participated in many different clubs there, but I loved the coding, ukulele, and yoga clubs the most!

I was the co-founder and president of the programming club my senior year here. I knew I wanted to major in computer science in college by this time, and wanted to create a space for me and my fellow classmates to get started on learning how to code!

I also co-founded the Friends of Rachel Club in 2015. Our mission was to spread good will throughout our school through small acts of kindness. I was apart of that club from 2015 - 2019.

I have was born and have lived in Colorado my whole life! I've lived in various cities (Golden, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Parker), but have never strayed from my roots!

My hobbies include hiking, camping, paddle boarding, reading and hammocking in a park, skiing in the winter, and I absolutely love leaf peeping in the fall. I also have an adorable mini Australian Shepherd named Enzo at home whom I love training, walking, and snuggling!
